Unfortunately my appointment was not satisfactory on a number of counts. Firstly, the therapist had her phone on the bed right next to my head. It was pinging notifications almost constantly and SHE WAS ALSO RESPONDING TO THOSE . The notifications...

Hi Karen, firstly I would like to apologise that you had a poor experience at Sí Salon. As you can see from our reviews, we always go above and beyond to ensure our clients have a 5 star experience. Regarding the therapist having her phone, this in hindsight goes against our house rules and this will be addressed accordingly. The door was left open deliberately to ensure there was airflow as the salon was warm and busy. We are very well known for our eyelash extensions and apologise that they weren't right for you.
