Slava was very reassuring and gentle as this was the first time I had a lash lift. She took the time to explain the procedure at the beginning and throughout which was nice. She was friendly and very professional.

I absolutely love my LVL lashes. Amelia was very kind in making sure my eyebrow tint was exactly how i like it. She took very good care in making sure i was happy, which I was. Thank you!
