Really disappointed
Girls are lovely but I left looking worse than I did when I came in
Not all the tint was taken from the eyebrows so skin was stained - went to another salon to get it sorted and thinned as wanted a more naturally shaped look...

Hi Hope, Regarding your tint, tint should stain the skin slightly. this will always lighten after 24 hours (first wash) but fills the brows making them look fuller and darker - the result a tint should give. We would always tint the natural brows. If you wanted thinner brows then a wax would have been needed, by tinting a thinner line it would have made the brows look patchy. slava is a brow queen and you can see from her reviews that her brows are amazing so we are really sorry that on this one occasion you were not happy. With regards to your lashes, you asked for a natural look with a curl and therefore the D curl used maybe a little too much for you. however as you were not happy this was resolved within lead that 24 hours. We opened the salon on a sunday when usually closed and removed them for you free of charge. There was not too much glue, however as your eyes were watering throughout the treatment this may have caused a few to drop out immediately after they were put on. Si salon goes above and beyond for all its clients, for their treatments and experience always. We are really sorry that you have not been happy and your 1* review makes a big dent in our 5*'s that we all work so hard to achieve. Best wishes Sophie and team

Today I visited si salon. I did hybrid full set with Amelia . I really liked my new eyelashes. Amelia work was wonderful. Everything was clean and sterile. Thank you very much. This is my second visit, and I recommend everyone to visit it.
